How does Wallsprinter work?
Vertical printing uses colours: CMYK + W (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black + Whate)
The printer is automated to move itself on wheels, or on a specially designed rail alongside the wall it is printing on.
What surfaces can you print on?
We are using UV resistant ink similar to an artificial compound which hardens under integrated UV lamp. Printing is possible on any surface type. Thus, the surface type does not create an obstacle for the printer, it can be used on plaster, wallpaper, wood, paint, stone, plastic, glass, ceramic tiles and much more.
What is the printing resolution?
Depending on the pictire we are printing in 720 * 1080dpi / 1440dpi / 720 * 2880dpi
It allows to achieve ustonishing, unachievable up until now results. Realistic colour and detail tracing in printed designes is an advantage of 3D vertical printer by HKHR.
Formats supported by the printer
You are inly restricted by your imagination and skills. You can print any picture from your own collection, or use one of millions available designes you could find in AdobeStock, Gettyimages, Flickr, iStock etc. Any given picture can be processed and printed regardless of its raster or vector. Files such as JPG. BMP, TIFF, PDF, AI, PSD, CDR, etc. are supported by our product.
How long does it take to print a picture?
Preparations are taking place before visiting a client. At the agreed spot we configure and adjust the all equipment. Depending on accuracy the printer is printing with, printing time might vary as well. The higher is printing accuracy, the more time the printer needs to finish the task. Printing time, therefore, varies from 30 minutes up to a few hours. It all depends on how big selected picture is.
What kind if ink is used?
Waterproof, scratch proof and chemical resistant, washable UV ink similar to a synthetic compound which in 95% hardens instantly under a UV light integrated within the printer. The ink hardens fully much quicker in comparison to traditional solvent-based paints. In contrast to traditional printing paints, there any no fumes or solvents. The ink keeps its quality for 4 – 6 years, and 8+ years if used inside.
Why wallprinting instead of photo-wallpaper and painting walls by hand?
It’s easy. In case of a photo wallpaper all ahrd work (gluing, removing the wallpaper, wall preparations) has to be done by you. By ordering our services you can relax and count on us performing better job than a painter and finishing given task much quicker as well.
How a printed picture can be removed?
Removing our prints is very easy. It will be enough to cover it with two layers of an ordinary paint. There is no need to grind it off a wall, as it is the case when it comes to work painted by hand, or hard and time consuming labour related to removing a wallpaper.
What are requirement for printing being done?
Printing is performed in a lighter colour than base. Our printer, also, allows printing on backgrounds of different colours than ordered printout. It is recommended for the printing to be done on a new wall, however it can be done on an older surfaces as well. In such case given surface should be paint and wallpaper free. There shouldn’t be scratches on the printing surface, whole and humidity.
The printer is exquisitely quiet and clean. It prints even smallest details in great resolution.
