- The administrator of the website www.wallsprinter.com is Wistral Tomasz Wiśniewski with its registered office in 87-600 Lipno, Józefa Piłsudskiego 19, using the tax identification number NIP 8792309147 and REGON number 340443961.
- The website administrator is the administrator of the personal data of the Portal Users. The data administrator provides, at the User’s request, all necessary information regarding his/her identity, the purposes of personal data processing, information about recipients or categories of recipients and provides other information necessary for the processing of personal data.
- In accordance with the principle of minimizing data collection, the Administrator processes Users’ personal data only for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the proper functioning of the Portal.
- Whenever this Policy mentions:
a) Portal – this should be understood as the portal operating at www.wallsprinter.com
b) User – this should be understood as an entity to which the Administrator provides or may provide services electronically,
c) cookies or cookies – this should be understood as IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Portal User’s end device and are intended for using the Portal’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

- The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies. Cookies may contain the User’s personal data such as his IP address or location.
- The recipients of personal data may be entities providing IT services to the data controller, providing legal or accounting services, persons employed by the controller, entities providing transport services. Personal data may be entrusted or transferred on the basis of concluded contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data. For this purpose, a code referring to Facebook has been placed in the appropriate sections and pages. By using the „Like” button or recommending an image or sections of the page, the User logs in to Facebook, where Facebook’s privacy policy applies.
- The Administrator places video clips available from YouTube on the Portal’s websites. For this purpose, code referring to YouTube has been placed in the appropriate sections and pages. YouTube tracks video playback and this tracking is done in accordance with YouTube’s privacy policy.
- The Administrator places buttons for adding Twitter entries on the Portal’s websites, which are related to the Twitter service. For this purpose, code referring to Twitter has been placed in the appropriate sections and pages. By adding an entry, the User logs in to Twitter, which applies the privacy policy of this website.

The administrator uses cookies for the following purposes:
- adapting the content of the Portal’s websites to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of websites, in particular „cookies” allow the Portal User’s device to be recognized and the website to be properly displayed, tailored to the User’s individual needs, taking into account his/her language and communication preferences,
- security by supporting mechanisms to prevent abuse on the Portal’s websites, creating statistics that help understand how Portal Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content,
- providing advertising services by presenting advertising messages tailored to the User’s preferences,
- maintaining the Portal User’s session (after logging in to the Portal).

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ( General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws EU L. of 2016, No. 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as „GDPR”, in particular Art. art. 6 section 1 letter a or art. art. 6 section 1 letter b and f and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2013, item 1422, as amended).

The Administrator informs that the Portal User, as the person to whom the collected data relates, has the following rights:
- The right of access to personal data of the data subject;
- The right to rectify personal data;
- The right to delete personal data (“right to be forgotten”);
- The right to restrict processing;
- The right to transfer personal data;
- Right to object;
- The right to obtain notification of a personal data breach,
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The Administrator stores personal data of the website’s Customers only for the period necessary to provide services, provide improved and new services and comply with the requirements arising from applicable regulations, including: until the expiry of the limitation period for any claims arising from the concluded contract and in connection with the implementation of the 5-year archiving obligation, taking into account the limitation period for tax liabilities. After this period, Users’ personal data are deleted.

The Portal’s pages are equipped with appropriate security measures that meet the requirements of Polish law, aimed at protecting data left under the Controller’s control against being made available to unauthorized persons, taken away by an unauthorized person, processed in violation of the GDPR and changed, lost, damaged or destroyed. The Administrator undertakes to protect all personal data and information disclosed by Users in accordance with security and confidentiality standards. The access rights to the personal data of the Portal’s Customers have been strictly limited so that this information does not fall into the hands of unauthorized persons. Pursuant to the GDPR, the Administrator is obliged to demonstrate appropriate compliance with the provisions regarding the protection of personal data.

- Internet browsers often allow cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default. However, the User may change the cookie settings at any time, specifying the conditions for their storage and access via cookies to the User’s end device. The User can change these settings using the web browser settings or by configuring the service. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform each time they are placed on the Portal User’s device. - Introducing restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Portal’s websites.
